sorry man but 000webhost just sucks, they have constant mysql issues and hosting24.com I had many issues with them and just asked for my money back

You should add x10hosting.com to the list. Also, 000webhost does suck, even though I used it in my tutorial.

x10hosting is messed up.. on their homepage they say they offer 2.5 gbs of space for free but when you register it changes to 500 mbs

Great free host. I'd say 99% uptime, because as far as I've been using them I've never seen them down. Also have a good premium plan.

I've actually never had an issue with 000webhost and i've been a member since 1-2 years? I don't know lol. i think their the best free hosting anyways

honestly I'd rate their hosting like an 8/10
sometimes support is slow but they have been around for about 3 years and I've heard good about them.
I plan to switch soon enough to wrzhost.com
