This is perfect for students or anyone who is blocked from accessing most websites. When I was in high school I would use the sites IP worked every time =]. Youtube instead of editing XD. Great TUT!

Change the language of your internet browser language or something like what Mike. said, but that will only work if you can change the PC settings.
