Iron does look pretty nice. I like the comparison on their page between Iron and Chrome. I'll look into Iron later on. Yay, it works on Linux too lol!

Yeah, I think it was purposely made for Linux, I have it downloaded. But forgot to install it, I'm going to install it now actually.

Iron wasn't made for any specific OS. It uses the source code of Chromium (same source code that Chrome uses), but has been modified to get rid of features that aren't useful (ie. the sending of tons of information to Google's servers).
You're not really going to notice much difference while using Iron when compared to Chrome, it's most 'behind the scenes' type stuff that has been changed.

Agreed. I installed it, and it seems to be just as good speed wise, and is the exact same sexy, minimal design that I love.

Yeah I'm on it right now, haven't gone back to Google Chrome since, it's great!

I did. It kept asking me to set it as my default browser, and no matter what I did, it kept wanting to open Chrome if I clicked on a link from an IM or email or opened an html file.
BUT
It was an amazing find, and I'm glad that it's there.
