As you can tell by the vote, It's NTFS.

This is because with NTFS you can assign file permissions across networks as well as locally. It's overall a faster file system and supports bigger files then 4GB in comparison to FAT32.

I voted for NTFS. It's fast & secure.

Yeah dude, NTFS hands down. Other users give a clear reason as to why.
