Step by step:

1: Open terminal
2: Type nano /boot/grub/grub.cfg
3: Navigate to 'timeout' and edit the digit
4: Press CTRL and X simultaneously
5: Press Y

I already installed dual boot OS . WinXP and Ubuntu.
Thats why i need to set my time to choose OS.

Yeah, but I was asking if you were decreasing or increasing that time lol. Default should have been 10 seconds. I've never needed to change it dual booting with Mint and Win7

I need that.. because my pc is too fast boot.. sometimes i don't have much time to selecting OS.
I'm using i5 processor.
