That's how things get messed up.
Also if you look at his profile you'll see that he hasn't logged in since then.
Not to mention the fact that he most likely got help when he posted the log on HF.

I didn't look at his profile. Also, I didn't know if he posted it on HF or not. No HJT helper helped him, so I thought I would do the right thing and help him out.

I suggest the following,
- Download and run CCleaner | Link here
- Scan with Eset Online Scanner | Link here | Must look like this then scan.
- Update your Malwarebyes |Run a full/deep scan.
- And upload a fresh new HJT log, It's very crucial to do each of these step's separately.
