Hi everyone
I have tried and tried to get firefox to run certain pages for days and am stumped. all the major browser work except firefox.
firefox loads the link from my website like this: http://www.sassifrassparties.com/newsass...ex201.html which produces a "not on server error"
all the other browsers load the link like this (the proper path): http://www.sassifrassparties.com/party_0...ml.(works) when I put the link address directly in firefox without the newsassiman part the link works.
my dreamweaver cs4 code is writen the correct way (same as second example)
question is.... how do you get firefox to load the shorter form of the link instead of the whole thing? (which breaks the link)

here is some code from the auto generated flash file

mCaption:"<font size=\"25\">Karleigh's Party</font><br>Please click <u><a href=\"\\karleigh\\index300.html\">HERE</a></u>",

any ideas much appreciated
Well, not sure but i think \ in a hyperlink is not allowed and expect the link to work in anything except for IE.
