This is a small devision of Toolbar Buttons https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2377/ and one of the most popular on my web site.

This extension is fairly large for what it does (add Toolbar buttons for Bookmark this page, Bookmark All Tabs, and Bookmark Manager. The reason is the person that e-mail me asking for this supplied iFox Graphite icons that he wanted in it. So if you use that theme, this will match in well. If you want just the bookmark this page button go to https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3870/ another extension by me.
