End User License Agreement. It appears before you install the operating system
and if you use the operating system you are automatically bound to it.
One of my
favourite parts is where they tell you they are going to install software on your system in the
future without telling you about it, and let third parties of there choosing do the same.

Guess I didn't get to see it, then. My PC came with
Windows.
They LET other people install software on other people's computers? :O and
without telling the people they're gonna install something?
