As some guys already said. Go to the doctor! It's always the best thing to do. Doctors are great humans that is here to help you.
Did you try googling herpes?
Maybe they have pictures of what it looks like.. even though that's pretty nasty to look at, you could tell if you have it.

You should go to the doctor. I don't know how you would get to one though. Maybe there's a free clinic nearby or something?
What I would do is go to a walk-in-clinic, I would say go to your family doctor but it might be out of your reach. So your best choice is to go to a walk-in-clinic and ask them about it, they will tell you everything and give you treatment for it if its treatable.
You should be fine. You're just over thinking it.
