Recently bots have been signing up on my forum, they're not doing anything but I don't want them on my forum. How can I prevent them from signing up?

Bots, there are only Google, Yahoo right ?
I think you can't prevent them but they won't harm you in any way.. I mean maybe they appear because of ad's ?
You mean forum bots? You can disable bots access and permissions via the Admin CP.
It depends what you mean by Bots.
GoogleBot and Yahoo! etc don't sign up, MyBB recognizes them and puts them in a special group.
By bots, I mean ones that sign up on your forum to spam your forum.
You seem to have a captcha in place upon registering, you could set a ban on "temp" emails, from the admin CP.
