These fans should blow the hot air out. Or in some cases (me) front fan spins inwards and one at the back of the case blows the air out.

Gotcha
Is the fan on your graphics card running - the fan on my NVIDIA SLI GeForce 9800 GTX went out & and shut down my PC - had to buy a new one

im not real good with computer building and stuff
but im thinkin it b pretty hard to keep it cool if the fans where blowing out
hows the cool air supposed 2 come in and cool it?
Confused

nvm didnt see the post on the next page
Just clean the dust and check out if the all fans is working properly.
apply thermal paste on it....it will prevent heating of card...you can buy that from http://www.dealextreme.com
The most causes of something over heating that causes the PC to shut off is actually the CPU over heating. You might want to look into that. If you have something like a kitchen thermometer that you like put in chicken and stuff, leave it in the CPU heatsink for about 30 minutes doing what you normally do. Record the temperature. Do the same with the graphics card when the thermometer reaches room tempterature. Tell me the results.

Too get the hot air out?
Need more information. Does it only overheat when playing games? When doing other things? When idling? What?
Clean out the dust and make sure everything is properly secured.
