I actually just found a decent internet lawyer in a google search. Might just drop him a line or two and do a little research.

Good work, MWB. Perhaps they may offer initial consultations for free.

Confused? Huh?

I changed the domain name to www.ethical-hackers.org. Hopefully that'll ease some of the stress from this trademark crap. I dunno how far it will save me though if they do press harder. I'm keeping the www.certifiedethicalhackers.org domain and forwarding it to the new domain, so they might get a little trouble with that.
If a corporation has the name trademarked then there is nothing you can do but get a new domain name. I doubt anyone would negotiate, I suffered when I bought thefirehost.com and the firehost.com emailed me.
Yeah I just got the other domain, hopefully that settles it.
Dont worry about it at all. You didnt use their logo, your not handing out their certificates, and they cant copyright words, so do what you want, your legit, hes just be trollin.
Take the drama to PMs or this topic will be locked.
