Please don't lie. I'm familiar with many hosting brands, and your site is ripped from HostNine, a fairly large hosting company based in Houston, TX - the H9 is part of their logo.

I'm going to do the honourable thing and email H9 right now, and you should expect to receive some sort of legal notice in due course if they take heed of my warnings.

I take it to be an incredible insult for people just to rip designs produced by other legitimate companies and pass them off as their own - I've invested a great deal of my time and money in my business, as have my employees to ensure that our clients receive top-quality service. Do the same and you'll have happy clients who will trust an honest business - not one which rips designs.

I didn't ripped this design, i downloaded it from templatep2p and just changed all the names. Also this design is really old and hostnine doesn't use it anymore. You will need to complain about it to the guy wich actually putted it on templatep2p

YOU may not have ripped it, but you're still using a copy. It's like downloading software and a keygen, which is piracy - you may not have created the application or the keygen, but you're still using copyrighted material.

Anyway, I've just sent a very nice note to the Abuse department at HostNine. Please do the honourable thing and take your site down or use an original design - otherwise, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to catch up with you and your business.

Thanks for your kind, considerate phrase. May I suggest that you grow up before attempting to start a hosting business?

Anyway, they've just got back to me, and they'll be monitoring your site - despite the removal of the content.

Many thanks for doing the honourable thing by taking down the content. Now, come up with a legitimate design and market your business - no one will have an issue if you do that. Naturally, if you don't want to make the effort, then don't start one.
