Good tips man, things like this can never hurt, no matter how many times you hear them.
Completely agree with you! I always get mad when I play video games, maybe thats the reason why I reduced my time spent playing Xbox.

Don't know if it's been said but people need to not get angry as that makes you play 10x worse, if I start to get angry I just take a deep breathe.

If you are in a serious game and you want to do well, appear offline, leave any parties (unless you are playing with the people in your party, and only stay in the party if you are using communication to help win the game) and take off your headset (unless your in the situation I just mentioned). Focus on not dieing and the kills will come, in a TDM, don't focus on getting a large kill count, focus on getting a high K/D, if you end up with 30 kills and 32 deaths then you have not helped your team at all. In team games its important to be an asset to your team, this means going for the objective in whatever gamemode it is, for example if your were playing Call of Duty Domination then you should always be trying to capture points.
Spawn Trap =] In this example you are playing Highrise Domination, it works on any map but Highrise is the best. Capture the point you spawn at, in the example its A. Then focus on capturing B as soon as possible, if you are playing with people you know you might wanna work out a strategy such as having a couple of you Marathon, Lightweight, Command rush towards B from the start while two people with ARs Cap A and two people offer sniper support. If you have a system goin' on then you are gonna get what you want easier. Anyway, when you have A and B the only place the other team can spawn is at C which on Highrise is in the building, so as long as you keep fire on the building (avoid rushing in) and have someone covering the underground passage that leads into the building (if they are on that side) then you should be able to keep them there for the entire game allowing you to build huge kill streaks and win the game.
When Spawn Trapping DO NOT:
-Spawn trap them at B
-Capture their spawn point
-Rush in and die all the time
-Forget about B and become spawn trapped yourself
Anti-Spawn Trapping =] The thing with spawn trapping is that as B is crucial, if a member of the other team manages to Cap B then YOU are spawn trapped (assuming you die while they are in control of B). With this in mind, to avoid being spawn trapped, set your killstreaks to 7, 11, 25 and at the start of the game rush to an area where you can cover B and do not let it become captured, maintain this position until you get your 7 kill steak (not hard really) then put your Harrier Airstrike between B and their spawn point. Your harriers lead to a Chopper Gunner which leads to the nuke, now you can play the game how you like, and call in the nuke when you want.
Note: Anti-Spawn Trapping only works if you know that you are going to be spawn trapped, for example if you had been spawn trapped the game before, the chances are they will attempt it again. Remember a lot of COD players are dumb, they will keep running back to B even though every time they do they get killed. Just make sure that you have protection from behind (lol) such as a claymore or a team-mate watching your back.
REMEMBER: WIN RATIO MATTERS MORE THAN K/D
