Hmmm... well you guys can call it whatever you want, as long as it helped one person I'm glad for posting it.
The head text and sub text should have different colors, so it would be easier to read.
This is rather "Different kind of staff members" not how to choose them.
And personally, I think aggressive members aren't good staff members. No questioning for ban is like being a god, which is a bad thing.

I hate having "kitty" staff members who won't ban anyone, they're "kittys" (To comply with SF rules I used the word kitty)

Haha neither do I, but when I don't want to break rules I'll use it. Hmm... maybe I should suggest just that that be added to the word filter.
