There you go.
I could never have waited as long as you did for this girl. How old are you? If you're young then you shouldn't waste all your time on one girl. When you are young your strategy should be to date a lot of girls so you can find out what you like about girls in case you ever want to get married.
What did she say when you told her you loved her?
Don't try to forget her. That will most likely never happen. When something or someone stands out in your life, it's for a reason. She will probably be in your memories forever. If you've told her you love her, what was her response? If you don't see that she loves you back, it's Ok to have feelings for her and her not for you. If she's a true friend, she will understand that.

It's not uncommon for things like these to happen, and when friends for a long time, it's very possible you can fall into a relationship that's more then just friends. I hope everything works out for the best.

PM me for my msn if you need/want further advice Smile

I she talked to me today and said she had realized she was in love with a girl.
I also think you should wait if things are meant to happen they will don't try to force yourself to feel someway you don't
Bro I have been in your situation and I would seriously advice you to just leave her with her bf as long as she is happy with him.If its not her true love then she would come back to you.
I suggest you just move on and find someone else. Happened to me before and I was devastated that my best friend asked her out before I did. I just found someone else that seemed right for me and concentrated on her.
