Boys will be boys. Let him do it, instead of blocking the sites. He will find a way, if he wants it bad enough. We all did it when we were younger, it's natural!
There really isn't a way you can stop him from doing this. Maybe you should teach him how to delete his browser history?

This.
Every boy watches porn no matter what Devlish
ok first of all, are you his brother or sister? there are two ways of dealing with this, both depending on your gender, you can pm that. Secondly, blocking is a bad idea, hell just hate you more, and route around it, dont try playing the proxy game, youll lose :3.
If it concerns you, tell your parents. If you fear that he may develop an irregular hormone drive, you should confront him, or your parents. If you want to take it a step further you could install some parental safety program on your computer and block newgrounds.

But chances are he is probably just a horny boy who is experiencing sexual arousal through games. The games require interaction, and interaction with sexuality is a fantasy. So he's probably fine, in my opinion.

I don't think he has the right to do this. He is his brother, not his father.
Just leave him. It really doesn't help to be nosey and try to talk to him about it. He is a guy, he won't want to talk about it.
Just let him do it, he is finding out about sex, so what. I had sex for the first time, when I was 11. Not that young anymore.
You should talk with him
Let him be and if your parents catch him, then I'm sure they'll take action. However, I do recommend you not pull him aside and talk to him about it. He's very young and seems like he'd either be embarrassed or ashamed of what he's done and might change his thoughts about "sex" and "girls" if you ask me. Maybe when he's a little older and if he's still doing the same thing, then pull him aside. Let him hit 13 and then talk about it. That's usually when boys hit puberty and hormones are at its climax.
