Wait for a bit, ask your doctor how long your life expectancy is. If it was me I'd wait till I'm at the max 45 to allow technolegy to advance then see what options are available to me. I hope everything goes well for you, I had somebody very close to me die of heart problems

ya the 45 is the max but im a drinker so that sorta reduces it between 20-35 depending on how much i drink.
Bro a pigs, rats, monkeys... they are pretty close related to us so i suggest the second option. Apart from that maybe having an artificial living part is better than a mechanical part as it may even strengthen your heart whereas a mechanical part will not.
