Find one big thing to change/add in your life. It can be something like a daily workout, a new hobby, or maybe a new friend. Always know that things can improve and hold onto that. If that doesn't help then try Prozac.
depression is a problem that i face quite often...but it kinda helps when u listen to good music...or maybe do workout....or even if u eat junk food..lol..i know it aint that healthy..but it works for me..
