I think Extasey made some valuable points. Redesign the theme to make it more memorable, remove the credit link and attend to the ACP.
It works, however if you make it more professional you will attract more users. Good luck.
It's pretty basic, you should stick in some CPM ads to make a few extra bucks.

Pointless, if he does get any traffic, the proxy will be as slow as crap. for very limited traffic its slow, imagine what will happen if he gets enough traffic to actually make some money off his ads?!
Not only will his host kick him off for using up way to many resources, his proxy will just lag so hard it will become un-usable! (I'm assuming your using a free host).
The best way to make any money is to buy a hosting package from a company that allows proxies, for starters, then do some heavy SEO work.
Pretty slow, as people have said. I like the no advertisements. You should add a few to make some money, though.
