When I am angry, I usually head straight for my garage where I have a weight set. Most of my anger management tends to focus on workouts as I do focus more clearly on problems when I am working out. However if you are in a situation where you could not do anything physical then you might want to count to ten, take a couple of deep breaths and focus on a relaxing place such as a beach or a quiet coffee house.
When you get angry, go outside and get some breath of fresh air, then count from 1-10 slowly. Your anger will definitely cool down!!
Breathing and counting to 10 has never worked for me, what I do, which probably isn't good, is bottle it up but it works okay I guess. Eventually I think it depresses you, for I've become depressed over the years.

Look at local listing for like workout places with punching bags. Or maybe even invest in your own! :] Another thing that is great is drums. I bang on mine all the time lets out a lot of steam
Do sports it'll make you better
