Press Alt+F2 to open the Run Command window, then type in "update-manager -d" into the command box that pops up. Update Manager should open and tell you and say that the new update should be available. Click "Upgrade" and then follow the instructions. You should be good to go. However, I don't think they've posted the final version onto Ubuntu.com, so the update manager might still give you the test version. I suggest checking that website until it's available there, then most likely update manager will fetch the final version. Then, you can follow my instructions.
