How do I mark forums unread?

I clicked "Mark all forums read" now it's all screwed up. How do I reverse this

If you click on 'View Today's Posts' you'll be able to see the threads which you haven't read.

Thats a bummer, I rarely use that button. And its not like I have smthing to say in every thread. I only visit threads which suit my interests. Except emotional support, where I visit 99% of the threads.
