Yeah, the colours at the top, are only at the top. It would be good if you could expand them so like from halfway down its not just black.

May I ask, what size monitor and what colour depth do you have?
I have the same problem as you, at the moment my monitor shows that the outside of the background is black. But on my laptop; everything is normal.

Just tried checking your out, something seems to have gone wrong with your website.
But, I looked at the tutorial9 one and really liked it, I love themes like that, with big buttons and easy navigation. So if yours looks anything like that one, it will be awesome I bet.
