im the same way but how i learn to gain creativity

start drawing lines and make abstract and when finished think about how many thinks it looks like
I've never tried this, but now that i think about it, it does make sense.

I don't think this would help me, unfortunately. I can't focus on creativity when I'm stressed. I prefer walking.

You just need something to transfer that to, so it doesn't eat you alive. (Also congrats on 1000 posts)

This actually really helps,ive personally done it a couple of times. Also it helps when you try hearing a relaxing song or something to cool the nerves
