Sort of. People click on the link to your site and get paid. They need to stay on your site for 30 seconds, however. Any traffic is good traffic.

Well that's what PTC is Paid To Click. He can use Gen4 or Gen3 script for this but it will cost him quite a bit of money.

Hey search some best website on google and give it a good layout.
Spam it with bots. Make sure there are google analytics on it though. It will increase the site rank so if someone searches for it on google search your site might appear highly ranked over other sites.
Try using popups too, i find that to be the most effective way to give out traffic.
