I like it, but I can agree with you. This is used for reputation abuse quite often.
Glad to see most of you support this.
I also Hate my neutral rep I got from sending a PM to a member the ask him to stop spamming. He spammed to a hundred posts and repped, Spamming much on my rep.

It annoys the hell out of me.

Some ones cool. LMAO.

No, it forces users to neg people because they are anon. You would think twice about negging when you know the other guy will neg you back.

Actually the OP did that exact thing to me. I -repped him because he posted warez, then he -repped me. I actually lol'd when he made this topic.

Exactly the case.

Rep is a problem. Sadly you did have a good reason to neg but misuse caused you a neg.
