Use a ftp client (for example FileZilla) and try to upload ur file their, Normally it will work then.

Filezilla is one of the best FTP clients (FREE!)

Make sure your permissions are 766

IceGuru, no. Only necessary files should be 766. Don't tell people things when you don't know what you're talking about, you'll get his site jacked up.
