If it happened to me, I'd be so mad, I'd torture and kill the person who did this. I may be 14, but I've got a good brain, and I am a mastermind when it comes to revenge.

I don't understand what the hell could be going through these guys' minds? Were they patrolling one day and said to each other, "Hey, wanna go do something? We're policemen, let's do whatever we want" and end up doing something like this?
It's pretty pathetic. I'm sorry to hear what happened. I have a pretty short temper, and if this happened to my mother, or any member of my family member, I'll find out who the cops were and make it my only goal to make their lives hell, although it would stoop me down to their level. But at that point, I wouldn't care. Family is a top priority.

He already said he lives in the USA. It's really hard to report against the police, especially when it happened a while back and you have no legitimate or convincing proof.
Its freakin pathetic.As If those two guys dont have a mother,or family members.Such guys should go to hell.May they get the worst of the treatment they could from God.
But my dear friend I would advice you this,If you really want to do something,just think about this:: It might not be the first time that such a thing has happened and it would not be the last,until there is some force or some one who stands against it.I would advice you to try and get into the Police force,or some influential position,just get one the top of those freakin bastards and scare the hell out of them.

A judge or talk to one of your friends and see what they have to say.
