IPB is very good, it used to be bad, and now it's so good. This is the best forum software that you can have.
I would definitely buy this, but 1: I use MyBB and I like the features, and 2: I don't have $75 at the moment.
If i get more then $75 from my deal on HF in the end I might buy it if its still for sale.
