btw I'm able to see alss staff as Online
And it makes life of an staff member sometimes very easy

They go invisible because members tend to bug the ones who are online, so if a staff member is invisible to the members eye, they won't be getting any stupid messages like "how cum i cnt be moderalor!?"

Why not? It's their right to, as it is yours, if you choose to do so. I can see why it'd be beneficial, since members are more prone to break the rules if they don't think a moderator is online. This holds true for just about any controlled environment.
