Hello.
As I understand it, both mean 'why'. Could someone please help me differentiate between the two? When do I use wieso, and when do I use warum? This is quite perplexing. Usually I can figure out these quirks with my knowledge of Swedish, but in Swedish, there's only one word for 'why', which is, "Varför?" which I assume is a cognate with "Warum?".

Thanks.
Uhmm o.o
Idk really, they both just mean why.. I guess.
Never thought about this before xd

So, are you saying that there isn't a difference?

OK, thanks.
I'll wait to see if anyone else has any input to add before requesting that this be closed.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that they are the same exact thing.
