Those do not steal IP addresses, they simply "reflect" them, it's sort of like a practical joke, it makes people think that others can see their IP address.

But they can easily steal them, rather than displaying them in the image they can just log them. This is not something that can really be prevented though and fortunately it does not pose a huge risk.
The main concern i see is the background of posts changing.
Ah..There is no need for CSS....as it will only increase more database size.Yes,the use of HTML can be done to increase the quality of the posts.
Please stop digging up old threads.
