I think they look decent.
A picture doesn't really do them justice. But i got pulled over last night for speeding and nothing was mentioned about them or my tint.

I know, i'll try to get a better one when i get my truck fixed.
I know the head lights are illegal here in PA but, I have them on my eclipse and even when I get pulled over nothing is ever said about them(not that I get pulled over alot). Now the neon lights sound cool but you will definitely get pulled over for them(in PA anyways) I've been pulled over 3 times for neons and the fines were over 300$ twice and I got off with a warning for the ones on my mustang cause I had a switch for them I could flip them off. I had them around my license plate frame on my T-Bird, on the bottom of my Mustang, and even once cause the cops could see the lights through my back window in my G20t. I would say definitely install a switch where you can turn them off if you're gonna do it anyways you may get lucky if you get pulled over.
