I would like to know your opinion on this! do you think I can get real traffic for this? or is it useless, because I find it hard to find visitors who like techno music. do you have any idea how I can get this to have high traffic?

Content, I like Techno but you need more music up there...
Within a day I was finished with your website and didn't had new things to listen... So I didn't visited it longer.. get it...
Finding people to post their music for you is hard if you don't have something that they can be a part off!
So if you have good music up there, or offer more than 30 Songs, you will start getting people by advertising your site....
You need to know that, with time your site will get bigger, the amount of needed time to achive that well, it can be a long or short period...
It's all up to you, how you step up and publish your site...
Join forums which are on this kind of topic and become a member of those ones, while you try to become a "respected" member, you use the time to post your link every where you can (just don't SPAM).. Post it in your Signature in forums you're already a member of, look for web directories like;

When you're finished with generating the
back-links, you start with promotion on techno forums were you nicely gained a friend here or there ;)
And last step is, when you have members in your forum create something like this...
