They have just changed my old plan which is unlimted upload/download. And right now they have changed to Max 12

They never even told or ask me to change the plan and they just did it them self, and now they won't change back to my old plan

that is very very bad practice of them to do change your plan without telling or asking you.
they will loose many customers that way.
I would just leave them and use another isp.
you should tell them that you are going to another isp and canceling your plan.

Call them up and threaten to change your ISP and I bet they will change your plan back

They won't change it back if they have abolished the plan. You can get a bit of lee-way by threatening them, but they will not make a new plan just for you (/bring an old one back).
