Point being there has to be a password/wrong password if said message shows up. So maybe there is a cap codine is missing or a space as i am pretty sure they are case senitive. if you have access to router I would suggest changing the password and see if that works.
Well if the password works on his other computer, ps3, wii, etc than why not on this computer? Maybe different keyboard?

or caps lock, it has gotten me many times.
I've tried using diffrent wireless cards, rebooted the router and pc, flushed the dns cleared cache virus scanned computer, tried re-installing and still nothing.. Even tried diffrent routers and it wont work. I really am unsure as to why it will not work.. Must be something wrong with the computer Sad

if a different wireless card and a different router did not help the only other thing that could be the problem is the operating system itself.
But the same OS, same disc too works on another computer :/ that's what I don't understand.
well if its not the router, wireless card or OS.... alright im lost my checklist just spontaneously combusted.
Try reinstalling the OS or installing it on VirtuelBox and try to connect.
Did you update the wireless card drivers? If that doesn't work, try getting a new wireless card.
Thanks for your help, i'll try these and post back with some results. Smile
