I'm developing MyBB theme, but I just stick on one place. Where I can find the template for editing the panel(box under toplink - click on the spoiler to see).

Ok, I found it.

Yeah and the CSS class is #panel I believe.

I know that. I just couldn't find the template, but it's ok now.
