Omni you should consider running a custom rom in your G1. By The Way G1 is abit outdated for an Android Phone.
Make a HF app and sell it cheap.
I had owned a Mytouch 3g a few months ago before I made the switch to the iPhone 4 (iOS 5).

I don't know if it was just me, but I noticed it was extremely slow and very unresponsive. I had an ATT Sim Card in it - and it I had it factory unlocked, so I was unsure if that was the problem or not. Either way, my experience was terrible with them.
I have an Android phone as well.
They are becoming quite popular these days but do not have the G1 or anything.

I would also suggest making some apps for the marketplace their because apps are becoming HUGE and could be good for some quick cash. =]
My mom has one and they're quite fun to use. The apps are pretty good too, comparable to the App Store for iOS.
I have the HTC Evo 4G from Spring Smile I love it, but the battery life could be a little better Tongue
I have a captivate running Gingerbread and it's rooted Smile
You show get an I phone and create app's for that seem much easyer and you can upload to cydia.
Don't have it but wish I did, Nokia is pure junk as a phone :/
yeah, Android phones are great. Had mine for about a week or two.
