Need your advice in terms of buying a right VPS deal and two hosts are in mind: rockhoster.com or legionbox.com, so which way is better to follow? Any ideas?

I have no technical knowledge therefore can not say anything about Libertyvps.net servers, network.
I have not used any of the tools provided, but they have them and that is what matters to me right now. I am excited to start learning.
