How can I change my sub-domain to its own domain easily and free?

What is a good Site/Host?

You need to buy a domain from a registrar like Godaddy or Dynadot. Then you should forward your new domain to your current sub-domain.

No that's right.

Things cost money, you're not going to get everything free.

Unless you get a http://dot.tk domain, and point it at your subdomain, or a http://co.cc domain.

You could even try a http://uni.cc domain, which is pretty good.
