I think he means in general unlocking software... Ive done more than enough re-search to find it, Im going to say your not going to find it, unless you know some one that works inside ATT or Tmobile or Verizon that would help you out by burning it or doing it for you.. Thats all I can tell you about it. There are tutorials and different ways on doing it, but software wise is hard to find... Just use google or idk something

oh and by the way guys jailbreaking has been deemed legal now ,you may jailbreak your phone and not have any trouble come from it.Apple do not like the fact that people are using unauthorised programs but thats just tough cookies as they went to court with it all and the courts decided it was legal.Even with this over-ruling apple will still try their hardest to stop it by patching security flaws in every software update.
iv been jailbreaking my phone for years now anyway and never had any trouble or law action taken.
