Right now I'm currently using road running and firefox and took a speed test here are the results.

and now another test after 2nd one... seems quite jumpy too me.
Where you the only one on the network at the time???
What time of day where you doing these tests???
This can eliminate a few things

At Yesterday, 10:02 PM... Lol. And yes I was the only one on the network at the time.

This is normal since bandwidth depends on a lot of factors. It can be throttled at any point in your route.
Have you called them? Just ask about it
My bandwidth jumps every now and then, but I usually have about 4 people on the network at a time :/
u use cable internet? if so someone else must be connected to net also...or maybe ur isp became a little bzy...
