You know there are three ways to do it effectively.
One- Go cold, realise that there is more and someone who is really right for you.
Two- Build a brand new social life, go out have fun.
Three- Jump right back on the wagon, find someone else to date.
Those are what i find help the most. Mostly because those are about the only three things i haven't done, to try to help myself with that issue ;)
I've asked a friend about my situation, and she said to ask her if there is any chance of us getting back together. And if she says no cut all contact. Would this work?
It would certainly end it forever.
Do you think asking her where I stand would be a good thing or do you think it would just mess with my head more.. I really don't know what to do.

Don't bother trying to get with her. Really, don't. It'll just hurt more. I wasted a month or so (I know, small in comparison, but same concept) on trying to get with this guy named Brett. He was what I thought the guy of my dreams, really. But one day I just decided that he treated me like shi.t even though I gave him my all, and as such, I'd stop depending on him, and anyone else for that matter, for my happiness. You can NOT let your happiness depend on this one girl, and right now, it obviously does. It's going to take a strong realization of this for you to really stop caring, but honestly, it has to happen. Do you enjoy feeling the way you feel? Clearly not. Whats' going to happen if you get back with this girl? IF y'all date again, it'll last for what, a week? Then what? You're back to square one, but you'll feel x100 worse. Sorry if I sound like a hardass, but if it's clear that nothing's going to come of it, which it is, there's no use in in trying. You can write off my opinion as invalid, as I'm only 15, but you'd just be denying yourself. You deserve a happy life, and you'll never have that with this girl tormenting you.
PS: I don't mean to sound like a dick, but, "Do we have any chance together?" sounds uber desperate. Move on, man. I understand that it's not something you can just *snap* do, but you gotta start somewhere.
If you break up with a girl. Try too not stay at the same girl all the time, Then she will get a chance to play with your feelings and that sucks! Try find a new girl
