Removing back links is a two step process. The FIRST thing you must do is disavow the links using Google Webmaster Tools, and similar services for other search platforms. Secondly, you should message the site owner and ask to be removed.

By using webmaster you can disallow the links or else you can communicate with website owners then you can remove bad links
