This does seem like a good idea, it could assist in lifting activity on these forums.
I support this, it's needed to get more activity.
It would be nice to see a complete refresh. It'll allow for the active members to take over and bring content to the site.
I think this would be a great way to bring activity and revive the forum. In the future maybe bring paid usergroups that give different privileges.

Well, the GeekSquad is active, D3xus just have to do a clean-up of its members I guess

The requirements are pretty easy. I don't see anyone having a problem joining at this rate.

I don't know what you should do, something to make them active again, but I just joined today but yea, lol.

List of groups and their owners and leaders, if any.
I would love to see a support group for emotional issues and general well being support that would also serve as a welcome party to support forums. Mentors if you will, but not at all the same as they are on HF.
