I set up a new User Account with Admin Authority. Originally, I have 2. The new account gives me the message
"Your Internet Security Setting prevented one or more files from being opened" when I try and run an application.
More Weirdness. I reset IE11 with NO LUCK. I tried running C:\Windows\explorer.exe under RUN with NO LUCK.
Weird, Under Run I CLICKED BROWSE and sure enough Windows Explorer opened. From this I SHOULD be able to execute any programs.
NEVER HAPPENED. NOTHING EXECUTES.
I went back to NewQ id and tried to run CCleaner, Firefox whose icons had been setup as part of the install.
