Omniscient, should reward members who get 100 quality posts, 10+ rep, instead of an award, it would be rep, and people would actually enjoy the rep on their profile.

Im not sure the rep is a good idea but some sort of award yes i agree.
A Support Forums Contribution award or something to that effect would be a good idea based on post count.

I don't think an award would do, I was thinking rep for something "smaller" but a nice gift, which makes your profile look better.
If you are a member of HackForums, then you can get an award by getting 100 posts...

Omni was thinking about Revenue sharing.
SF feather is no longer available.

Imo rep should be given by members to members rather than awarded.
