I need a user rank bar for my ipb forums:

Banned
Cs Admin

Forum Fixer

Forum protector

Head Admin
Member
Paid Admin
Trial Admin
Universe Creater

Web Tech.

I know its a lot to ask but it would be great if someone could also can you please add shine to the texts like this:


want it to animate shine in the middle for all the member group if possible also add a pic

Cs Leader= Co-Owner
Universe Creater= Co-Owner

The others should be strait foward like for forum protector a shield or something and for mod mabye a lock or something etc.
